How can we possibly offer Snobbys at such moneysaving prices compared to all the other builders in Crete?

Quite simply through better housekeeping, careful control of costs and attention to detail. Not for us large offices, high street shops and inefficient staff levels. Our small Hobbit office in Kolimbari is perfectly adequate for our purposes.

Not for us a network of ineffectual agents who do not grasp the unique Snobby concept and expect to take 5% or more from every sale. Snobby makes the saving and sells direct.

We have no bank borrowings whatsoever - we have low running costs. Therefore we are not in the position of having to underwrite expensive bank loans, or maintain high staffing and office costs. Those savings are passed on to you in the form of our being able to offer better value than all the rest.

THE SAVING - OK so you may find a new build DETACHED property similar in price to a Snobby, but compare like for like and discover the real saving.
