In keeping with the unique Snobby traditional village styling this delightful bungalow has two double bedrooms, large kitchen dining area and lounge.

Outside, there’s an excellent storage room beneath the staircase which leads up to a wonderful roof top terrace, where you can relax and drink in the view. Set in a spacious walled garden to protect your privacy, the grounds are laid with areas of slate and gravel, with focal points of raised beds and terracotta urns.

The two storey Snobby

The delightful two storey original Snobby has a double master bedroom on the ground floor and a second double bedroom, upstairs, on the mezzanine floor. There’s a large kitchen dining area leading into the lounge with its evocative arched doors.

Outside, there’s an excellent storage room to house all those bits and pieces you’ll no doubt bring over. The spacious walled garden, topped by a surrounding trellis stands 2m high, and is a recognisable Snobby feature, which affords excellent privacy and security.

The perfect budget solution

The Snobby Starter is a single bedroom, with the same spacious walled garden and specification as our other detached Snobbys. The mezzanine floor serves as the master bedroom, and as we build within village limits there is invariably an opportunity to build a second bedroom in the future.
With the current market preferring two and three bedroom properties we have no plans for a Snobby Starter development. However, if buying off plan, we would then be able to change existing planning and build a Snobby Starter for you.
